Though we cannot offer general returns or exchanges because our products are made to order, please do not hesitate to email us for any reason at cap@caroleandpaula.com within 14 days of receiving your order, as your joy and well-being will forever be most important to us! Note that most of our apparel runs a wee bit on the smaller side so if you're lookin' for a looser fit, size up!

REFUNDS: YES! We absolutely offer refunds or exchanges for print errors, quality issues and/or wrong items sent and we're so sorry for the snafu! Please email us at  cap@caroleandpaula.com with your order number, photos of the item and a brief description of the issue and we’ll take care of it ASAP! But please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
