Delivery

When will I receive my order?


Because The Magic Tree is on vacation, it takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order (excluding weekends and holidays) and then it ships.

Depending on your location, typical shipping time is 3-4 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 



Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise! If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you will not be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be! If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at cap@caroleandpaula.com and include your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order will be at your expense.

How are your products made? 

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes The Magic Tree a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, it keeps The MG healthy, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!  

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. 

Product disclaimers

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.

RETURNS &EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?


Quality is always guaranteed in The MG! But we do not offer general returns or exchanges because our products are made to order. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, please review the sizing chart included in each product description. Also, do not hesitate to email us within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, at cap@caroleandpaula.com as your happiness in The MG is always what's most important to us!

Do you offer refunds?


We absolutely offer refunds or exchanges for print errors, quality issues and/or wrong items sent and we're so sorry for the snafu! Please email us at cap@caroleandpaula.com with your order number, photos of the item and a brief description of the issue and we’ll take care of it ASAP! But please be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer size and/or color exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, please review the sizing chart included in each product description. Also, please do not hesitate to email us within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, at cap@caroleandpaula.com as your happiness in The MG is always what's most important to us!

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?


We’re so sorry you received a wrong or damaged product! That's not very fun or magical. To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please email us at cap@caroleandpaula.com within 14 days of its receipt. Include your order number, photos of the product and a brief description of the issue and we’ll get back to you with a refund/resolution as soon as possible!
